Give Clean Water’s mission is give clean water filters to all on earth who need it. Our initial focus will be on the Islands of Fiji, but we will be taking on future projects as funding allows.
Project Fiji
Fiji is an island group in the South Pacific Ocean, off the east coast of Australia and North of New Zealand. About 931,000 people inhabit the Fijian Islands. While most think of Fiji as a beautiful vacation spot, many of the Fijians live in poverty and at least half of the Fijians live without clean water. Give Clean Water’s goal is to provide clean water filters to families in Fiji who are suffering from lack of clean water. We are partnering with local community organizations to facilitate the distributions of the filters and will be sending teams to the Islands to assist with the distribution and installations of the filters.
Support Project Fiji.
For just $100 you can give a family a lifetime clean water filter.
Project RakiRaki
Rakiraki is a district in Fiji’s Ra Province on Fiji’s largest island. There are an estimated 30,000 people living in the villages in the Rakiraki area. Of these 30,000, more than half living in the rural districts and most do not have access to clean drinking water.
Give Clean Water has recently adopted the RakiRaki area and plans to bring clean water to the region by providing families with low tech, high efficiency water filters. These filters remove all bacteria from the water and give the families a chance at a healthy life, free from water borne illnesses that can lead to typhoid, severe diarrhea and sometimes even death.
With the assistance of the Fiji Ministry of Health we have identified five villages and seven schools of highest priority in this region. We NEED your help!
